HR Specialist
Organizational Roles:
Acting as the main point for operational HR issues in the INA-RESPOND in its day-to-day-operation as the one-stop-go HR officer. Liaise with the INA-RESPOND Deputy Director and provide immediate solution for operational HR and escalate to PTG for critical issue. Operating at PTG, but attend INA-RESPOND on-site as necessary.
Reporting Line:
Direct report (solid line) to PTG Director, matrix (dotted line) to INA-RESPOND Deputy Director. Reports immediately or within 24-hours to PTG and INA-RESPOND for Staff any emergency cases. The definition of emergency cases will be provided upon onboarding.
Budgetary Limit:
Up to Rp2,500,000 (two million five hundred thousand Rupiahs) per case to resolve immediately in the event of urgent and important cases. The definition of urgent and important cases will be provided upon onboarding.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assures regular reporting is in full compliance with the system (timesheets, expense report, travel report).
- Assists INA-RESPOND staff by closely liaising with health insurance vendor.
- Maintain accurate control of the already established staff’s entitlements (leave recording, health care benefit vs. claims, etc.) identifies gaps between Staff’s expectation vs. entitlements, provides intermediate solution as required, record and report to PTG.
- Initiate and collate recurring reporting requirements.
- Reports to PTG Director for any unresolved HR issues, follows it up until resolved.
- Assures compliance to the Indonesian laws and regulations, FAR, in the operation of INA-RESPOND.
Qualification:
- Diploma/ university degree is preferred.
- Proven more than 5 years of experience as HR specialist in multinational setting.
- Fluency in verbal and written English, and Bahasa Indonesia. Other languages are a plus.
- Strong people skills (i.e., customer focus, listening, comprehending, understanding, empathy, and acting courteously and appropriately).
- Computer literacy (MS Office), electronic communication (Microsoft Team, Zoom), and adequate quantitative reasoning to translate incidents into budgetary limits.
- Strong teamwork, unquestionable integrity.
